Modern Problem Requires Organic GrowthHello cryptospace, today I'm gonna share my idea about tezos final consolidation. As we can see on daily chart that $XTZ all time high was around $12 on Dec' 17. So from my point of view the biggest problem with $XTZ is its inability to generate a new ATH since 2019. But if we take a look back, Since Jan'22 low, we can see bearish divergence indicator as $XTZ capability to maintain its higher low as seen in both rsi divergence and obv oscillator. So I'm expecting $XTZ final rally could only make a lower high compared to Oct' 21 high. Finally, a healthy correction will likely take place which sub $2 could be the worst scenario. TEZOS (XTZ): GEARING UP FOR A HIGHER RALLY.Welcome members to this long-term trade setup on XTZ/USD. XTZ is at the lower support trendline and if we do backtesting then this is the exact same trendline from where XTZ has always rallied higher doing exceptionally great. XTZ has always respected this trendline not just once or twice but thrice and this is the 4th time XTZ is gearing up to bounce back. If XTZ is going to pump from this level then within a span of 3 months XTZ can possibly go $10+. So, after calculating all the RR ratio I am posting my XTZ trade setup. Now, it is completely up to you whether you want to use the same strategy, use your own T.A, or don't wanna take a risk. I am absolutely fine with it. This is your free choice. Strong upward move comingIf you were following my previous idea, you'll see that Tezos is completing its head a shoulders pattern and the price is entering a strong demand zone. My current theory is that Tezos is in the process of performing a 5 wave movement upwards. We are about to enter wave 3. Any dips below $3 should be aggressively bought. I'm expecting to see volume pickup around this area. Some profits can be booked at $5 to be safe. The final target for this wave is $6.30. Keep an eye on volume. If volume doesn't pickup in the $3 area, a drop back down to the trendline at $2.60 is possible. A drop below the previous low of $2.54 will invalidate this analysis. Bitcoin could, of course, ruin the party; however, I'm expecting Bitcoin to make an upward move as well, into the high 40s and low 50s. This should be enough runway for Tezos to make its move.
