This Is It: Bullish Wave Confirmed (Leverage vs Spot)This is it... Notice that this is the same chart that I used before. Same levels, same drawings. This reveals the bullish bias easily because the levels were drawn before the latest move. Notice how today's candle/session has a very long lower wick and the session is now green. Bullish confirmed (above. 2.24). Notice that this session is trading as a higher low compared to 9 and 10-December. Double-bullish confirmation (candles wick low must close above 1.94). The day needs to close green, 2.24 or higher, and the bullish signal is fully confirmed. We don't wait for confirmation. We don't have to wait for confirmation. Me and my people, on a chart like this one, go long. Of course, you need to set up your own margin, your own targets, your own stop (support). We know leveraged trading is for experts and requires a very strong mind. It requires stable emotions and the ability to adapt instantly to market conditions. It requires experience. Spot traders can buy and hold. Spot trading only requires patience and a clear level to sell when prices go up. Spot only needs two things: (1) Buy and hold. This is the patience part. (2) Sell and collect profits. This is why you need to have a take profits level defined. That is all. Leverage is high potential for profits with ultra-high risk. Spot trading has amazing potential with basically no risk. There is no risk because you are buying the actual coins/tokens. If prices drop, you keep the same number of coins. You only sell when prices go up. In the worst case scenario, you can exit a trade at a defined stop-loss point. But the risk is calculated beforehand and limited, say 10%. You never, ever, place a stop-loss on any exchange, it is a recipe for disaster. Set your sell orders on target after buying and wait. Wait for days, wait for years, wait for months... It is an easy game with the right mindset and plan. We can all win with Cryptocurrency... Think about it, everybody who bought Bitcoin since just a few months ago is in the green zone; 100% of the participants. Everybody who bought Crypto in 2015, 2018, 2020 and the rest, by now are millionaires, it is not too late. All those that bought in 2022, 2023, 2024 can be millionaires in 2029, 2030 and beyond. Based on these indicators, here are my conclusions: 1. This pump doesn’t seem organic—it’s far too extreme. 2. Bullish Descending TriangleHi there, The price has formed a bullish-pennant on the 1-D timeframe as-well as what appears to be a bullish descending triangle. If it manages to breakout we could be looking at $3.8 heading into the New Years. The Stoch RSI has crossed on the 1-D timeframe and the RSI is also heading in that same direction which would then signal a golden cross which could signal a bullish movement. At current time of posting this the RSI sits at 54.84 to 58.79, it's coming close to forming that golden cross. Lower timeframes are looking healthy. Consolidation is essential. The apex of the bullish descending triangle would coincidentally be around New Years Eve. The apex for the pennant is also coincidentally on the 21st January; Donald Trumps Inauguration. It seems as if it was written in the stars. Who knows what could happen and who knows, I could be awfully wrong. With the SEC chairman being replaced and the possibility of the lawsuit being dropped XRPs future is bright and filled with ups and downs, but I will be there all the way along the journey. XRP 8X Leveraged Trade ExplainedWe are not there yet we our next leveraged trade for XRPUSDT. The truth is that one wave ended recently and there is always a period of rest between one wave and another. A trading range is established and the lower boundary tends to fail before the next wave. Let me explain. If the support is set at $1.96, this support can hold as XRP consolidates (sideways). At one point, normally before the start of the next advance, there is a drop below support (support breaks). This drop tends to activate all the stop-loss orders and liquidate over-leveraged traders. After this event is complete, we see the development of a new bullish move. The arrows on the chart are for illustration only. They depict several variations in which this scenario can develop. The first impulse ended early December. Then comes the consolidation phase. A period of rest to consolidate all this growth the market experienced. This consolidation phase can last between 1-3 months. We are thinking around three months based on the Mars retrograde, but this varies wildly between markets and pairs. So instead of focusing on a specific time we focus on the price. The next advance can take XRPUSDT beyond $4. We wait patiently, there is always a long rest period between a strong advance and the next leg-up. We are in that period now and XRPUSDT has been sideways for 23 days so far. The red arrow better illustrates my point. Whenever the major drop is in, that's the signal to go LONG. Before the drop is in, the market will continue to go sideways and this is when leveraged traders lose the most. Ignore the SHORT side because the market is bullish. As we can see, the XRP price is moving in a sideways trend channel in which the price bounce did not effectively overcome the resistance at $ 2.27, the next resistance is at $ 2.47, but then we have visible resistance at $ 2.61, another strong resistance is at $ 2.78, and only when we have a positive exit from the channel, the price can get a strong upward impulse around the resistance at $ 3.29. In a situation where the market will have a further reaction and the price will start to fall again, we have visible support at $ 2.22, then strong support at the lower limit of the channel at $ 1.94, however, if the price leaves the channel at the bottom, it may get a drop to around $ 1.72, and further, taking into account the height of the channel, there may be a price reversal to $ 1.39. XRP - Showing StrengthWith the recent market collapse across the board on the altcoins showing the most strength is surprisingly XRP. While most altcoins have dropped significantly and created lower lows with the second dump that occurred, XRP has not. XRP has also retested that 2021 ATH (purple line) as old resistance flipped into new support and has held it for a second time. Because of it's resilience during this dump opposed to everything else - it also has created a potential hidden bullish divergence. This is when price creates a higher low while the RSI creates the same low. Something to keep our eyes on.
