SILVER_108 2024.11.07 13:48:05 Trading Signal SELLFrankPro Signal for SILVER_108 Type: Screen Signal: SELL TP: 30.325 SL: 31.757 Entry Price: 31.578 Analysis for SILVER Forecast Overall(Short-Term, Long-Term): ST= Strong Down LT= Strong Down Forecast Methods(Short-Term, Long-Term): ST=Down LT=Down ST=Down LT=Down ST=Down LT=Down Analysis Method(0) Based on the provided analysis, here is my assessment of the expected price movement for XAG/USD (Silver) in both the short-term and long-term: **Short-term (next few days to a week):** * Expected price movement: Down * Reasoning: The price has broken below key support levels, including the 50-day SMA, and is currently under pressure. The technical outlook suggests a potential bullish correction to test the resistance area near $32.05, but this is likely to be followed by a downward rebound. Additionally, market indicators such as oscillators on the daily chart are gaining negative traction, indicating a path of least resistance to the downside. **Long-term (next few weeks to months):** * Expected price movement: Down * Reasoning: The analysis suggests that silver prices are vulnerable and may continue to decline unless there is a strong breakout above key resistance levels. The technical outlook indicates a potential continuation of the fall, targeting levels below $28.45. Furthermore, the strengthening of the US Dollar following the presidential election is likely to maintain downward pressure on silver prices. It's worth noting that a strong breakout above $33.65 could indicate continued growth to the $35.05 area, but this scenario seems less likely based on the current analysis. Result: ST=Down LT=Down Analysis Method(1) Based on the provided analysis, here are my conclusions on the expected price movement of XAG/USD (Silver) in both the short-term and long-term: **Short-Term Analysis (next few days/week):** * The price is expected to go down. The current price action suggests further potential declines, with support levels identified at $30.40-$30.35 (100-day SMA) and potentially lower to $30.00, $29.70, and the 200-day SMA near $28.55. * However, there is an expectation of an attempt to develop a bullish correction in the price of silver, testing the resistance level near $32.05, followed by a potential downward rebound and continuation of the fall in price. **Long-Term Analysis (next few weeks/months):** * The price is expected to go down. The technical outlook indicates that any attempted recovery might be seen as a selling opportunity, with the path of least resistance currently to the downside. * The strong US Dollar, bolstered by Trump's election victory, is a significant factor in the current downward pressure on silver prices, which is likely to continue in the long-term. * However, if the price clears the $33.00 mark, it could target the October 31 high of $33.89 and potentially higher levels, indicating a potential reversal of the downtrend. Overall, the analysis suggests that the price of silver is likely to continue its downward trend in both the short-term and long-term, with potential support levels at $30.40-$30.35 and $28.55. However, there is a possibility of a bullish correction in the short-term, and a potential reversal of the downtrend if the price clears the $33.00 mark. Result: ST=Down LT=Down Analysis Method(2) Based on the analysis, here are my predictions for the Silver price (XAG/USD): **Short-term (next few days to a week):** * The price is expected to go down. The breakdown below the 50-day SMA and the short-term ascending trend-channel has triggered bearish sentiment, and oscillators indicate negative traction. The price is likely to continue its fall towards the 100-day SMA support around $30.40-$30.35. * Immediate support levels to watch are $30.23 (100-day SMA) and the psychological mark of $30.00. If these levels are broken, the price could drop further to $29.70. **Long-term (next few weeks to a month):** * The price is expected to stay the same or go down slightly. The strong US Dollar following Donald Trump's victory in the presidential election is likely to keep Silver prices in check. The price may eventually drop below the $30.00 psychological mark, heading towards the $29.70 zone and the 200-day SMA near $28.55. * However, if the price manages to break above the 50-day SMA breakpoint near $31.40, it could lead to a short-covering move, but it may not sustain and could fizzle out near the $32.65 region. Overall, the technical analysis suggests a bearish sentiment in the short-term, while the long-term outlook is neutral to slightly bearish due to the strong US Dollar. In order to create a new ascending wave, it must be able to maintain the support level of 28.88 and 30.00 as support and also maintain the ascending channel, which can be considered the target of this ascending wave in the long term at 44.44. Silver Faces Heavy Resistance: Time to Consider a Short? The price of Silver recently reached a key weekly demand zone from 2012, a level that has historically been significant in the market. Currently, the price appears to be following a similar reversal pattern to Gold, suggesting potential downside in the near term. For a clearer understanding of this correlation, check out my detailed analysis of Gold on my page, where I delve into its ongoing reversal pattern. In the chart provided below, you’ll see my weekly analysis of Silver, highlighting this critical supply area: View the chart here. Market Sentiment and COT Insights Market sentiment in Silver is still leaning bullish among retail traders, contrasting with the more developed reversal in Gold. The Commitment of Traders (COT) report continues to show strong bullish positioning among retail traders in Silver, which often signals a potential contrarian move. Meanwhile, the Forecast Indicator, which captures seasonal tendencies, is pointing towards a possible reversal in Silver during this part of the year. Technical Outlook From a technical perspective, Silver’s move into this weekly demand zone could mark the start of a more pronounced downtrend, aligning with the reversal patterns seen in Gold. Historically, this zone has acted as a strong resistance level, where price has struggled to break higher. As such, it’s a prime setup for a short position with a focus on capturing downside momentum. The current setup aligns with both technical signals and the COT report’s insights, indicating that smart money may soon start to unwind long positions, adding to the potential for further declines in Silver. Trade Setup Given the current scenario, we’re keeping a close eye on Silver for a short setup. Key factors to watch for confirmation include: -A sustained rejection at the current demand level. -Divergence signals aligning with a downward move. Further weakening in Gold, which could act as a leading indicator for Silver’s bearish movement. Final Thoughts The current analysis suggests that Silver could be entering a potential reversal phase, similar to what is already underway in Gold. However, it’s crucial to remain patient and wait for confirmation signals before committing to a short position. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this analysis. Do you think Silver’s reversal is imminent, or is there more room for upside before a potential downturn? Let me know in the comments below!Shortby FOREXN1Updated 118

XAGUSD - Silver Vs FOMC?!Silver is below the EMA200 and EMA50 in the 4H timeframe and is moving in its medium-term bullish channel. If the decline continues due to the FOMC today, we can see demand zone and buy within that range with a suitable risk reward. If the upward trend continues, silver can be sold within the specified supply zone. World Bank analysts believe that silver is a precious metal worth monitoring in 2025. The World Bank has recently updated its commodity market forecasts. While gold is expected to maintain its strong performance within the broader market, analysts have forecasted weaker demand extending from next year through 2026. The analysts noted, “Demand for gold from central banks and the jewelry sector, which together constitute about two-thirds of global demand, is likely to decrease due to unprecedented high prices.” Nevertheless, the World Bank sees greater potential in silver, given expectations that rising demand and limited supply will help support prices. World Bank analysts further stated, “Silver demand is anticipated to increase steadily in the forecast horizon, driven by its dual financial and industrial uses.” With supply growth lagging behind the positive factors supporting demand, silver prices are projected to increase by 7% in 2025 and by 3% in 2026, following an expected 20% increase in 2024. Many analysts expect silver to outperform gold by 2025, as it is currently priced well below its intrinsic value. Nomura believes that a second Trump administration would focus heavily on tariff and tax policies, potentially leading to inflationary pressures and slower economic growth. Nomura forecasts that the Federal Reserve will respond prudently to these changes. The Federal Reserve is expected to implement two rate cuts this year, followed by a single cut in 2025, and then take a prolonged pause on further cuts. Shortby Ali_PSND1

The current price is around $32.50, and there is an expectation for the price to test the support area near 32.15 before rebounding and continuing its growth towards levels above 33.85. Additionally, the upcoming US election and Federal Reserve meeting could lead to a weaker US Dollar, which could propel silver prices higher. **Long-term (next few weeks to months):** The price is expected to go **UP**. The fundamental picture for silver remains positive due to increasing demand, particularly in technology production, electric vehicles (EVs), and renewable power solutions. This demand has outpaced supply, which is expected to continue supporting higher prices for silver. The technical outlook also suggests that a close above the 32.60 level could signal renewed upward momentum, potentially driving prices towards 33.01 and 34.00. Overall, both the short-term and long-term analyses suggest that the price of silver is expected to go up, driven by a combination of technical and fundamental factors. However, it's always important to keep in mind that market volatility and unexpected events can impact price movements. Result: ST=Up LT=Up Analysis Method(1) Based on the analysis, here are my predictions for the XAG/USD (Silver) market: **Short-term (next 24-48 hours)** * The price is expected to be volatile due to the ongoing US election and the upcoming Federal Reserve meeting, which could impact the US Dollar and, in turn, silver prices. * If silver fails to break above $33.00, it could test the support levels at $32.25, $32.15, and $31.32. * However, if the price breaks above $33.00, it could lead to a swift run toward the $34.00 handle. * Given the uncertainty and volatility, the price could go either way, but I would slightly lean towards a **downward movement** in the short-term, testing the support levels. **Long-term (next week and beyond)** * The fundamental picture for silver remains positive, driven by increasing demand, particularly in technology, electric vehicles, and renewable power solutions. * The gap between global supply and physical demand is expected to continue supporting higher prices. * The technical analysis suggests that if XAG/USD clears the $33.00 level, the next target could be the October 31 high of $33.89, followed by $34.00 and potentially the year-to-date peak at $34.86. * Based on the positive fundamental analysis and the potential for a breakout above $33.00, I would predict a **long-term upward movement** in the price of silver. Overall, while there may be short-term volatility and potential downward movement, the long-term outlook for silver appears to be positive, driven by strong fundamentals and potential for a breakout above $33.00. Result: ST=Down LT=Up Analysis Method(2) Based on the analysis provided, here is my assessment of the expected price movement for Silver (XAG/USD) in both the short-term and long-term: **Short-term (next few days to a week):** * Expected price movement: Down (correction) * Reasoning: The analysis mentions an expectation of a short-term bearish correction to test support levels, despite the overall bullish trend. This suggests that the price may experience a temporary decline before potentially resuming its upward momentum. * Potential price range: $31.34 to $32.15 (support levels) **Long-term (next few weeks to months):** * Expected price movement: Up * Reasoning: The analysis indicates a bullish trend with potential for continued growth if key resistance levels are broken. The forecast also mentions a potential target above $33.85 if the price breaks out above $33.25. * Potential price range: $33.25 to $34.86 (resistance levels and year-to-date peak) Overall, while there may be a short-term correction, the long-term outlook for Silver (XAG/USD) appears to be bullish, with potential for continued growth driven by a weaker US Dollar and other market influencers. Correction Silver. H4 07.11.2024Correction Silver 📉 In silver, I expect a correction deeper to the final zone of 29.70-30.10 where significant option fills and double margins fall into. Therefore, we should be prepared for a deeper correction in silver, especially on the back of the gold decline, which usually catches up with silver with a small lag. Of course, we can't exclude the growth from current levels, but the conditions are weak. CAPITALCOM:SILVER Shortby KovachTrader6

Silver Is Breaking Out Of A Wedge! Silver is coming nicely to the downside, reversing after reaching levels above 34 and 35 back in October. Notice that this top formed with a wedge pattern, which typically occurs at the end of an impulsive sequence. I believe an important top is now in place for silver, suggesting a much deeper correction may unfold, especially if the dollar remains strong following Trump’s election win. After any pullbacks, further weakness is likely, particularly considering that when an ending diagonal completes, price can often retrace back to the starting point of that pattern. SilverStill on the very same idea as yesterday, we got stopped out of the initial trade but getting a better price to work with, lets see how the next few days pan out, i am expecting to be stopped out a number of times due to election volatility but still we keep the same risk as usual, please trade with caution. *Initial Idea* The US Federal Reserve’s policy decision, set for Thursday, is capturing market attention. A 25 basis point rate cut is widely anticipated this week, with the CME FedWatch Tool indicating a 99.5% likelihood of this move in November. Such a rate cut could lend support to Silver, as lower interest rates decrease the opportunity cost of holding non-yielding assets. In addition, expectations for further economic stimulus from China could enhance Silver's demand outlook. The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) is convening for a five-day meeting from November 4 to 8, where a stimulus package possibly exceeding 10 trillion yuan may be approved to boost China’s economy. As one of the world’s largest centers for electronics, solar panels, and automotive manufacturing, China’s increased activity could significantly drive up Silver demand.Longby Sifiso_Ntshingila0
