$RKT - breakout confirmationMonday's move gave confirmation that this breakout should continue. RKT has been a complete pain but you have to respect/enjoy the downside of stocks to be able to respect/enjoy the upside. There will be several resistance areas. $17.22, $18, $19 and more but this company is one of the best in the industry. I think 2022 will continue to show strength in the housing sector since JP and the Federal reserve will not begin increasing rates until 2023 due to tapering and then mid term elections. After that, there will be a lot of concern and slower growth in the housing market as interest rates rise. Higher interest rates mean higher cost to buy a home and will lead to lower housing prices.
