Quantum Stocks Back Burner Indicator Check out how the hourly back burner has been signaling good risk/reward entries on a couple of the recent high flying Quantum stocks NASDAQ:QUBT and $QBTS. The Chart Guys created this indicator for help making entries during strong trending markets, to ensure we are not chasing in euphoria and just reacting to our FOMO. We wait for the consolidation and for shorter term oversold conditions to mark longer term higher lows. $NYSE:QBTS Consolidating between $4 and $5NYSE:QBTS appears to be consolidating between $4 and $5 a share. Lots of buzz right now in the quantum computing space. D-wave has been in the headlines quite a bit along with NASDAQ:NVDA and NASDAQ:RGTI These stocks are generating a staggering amount of daily volume. Which is great when attracting the FOMO crowd! Looking for a breakout after this closes above the recent highs of $5.38 (with relatively higher volume). If it misses the breakout then I suspect we're in for another cycle of down/up oscillation. Primary support is at ~$4.15 with the secondary major support at ~$2.77 secondary. If this bounces down prior to a breakout, there will probably be opportunities to buy on a dip probably in the $4.20 - $4.60 range. As with anything with a lot of volatility, hang on to your seats!

QBTS is trading below what its financials project If you look at what QBTS is trading at now compared to what other stocks in a similar category are trading, this stock is undervalued. I think this sector is about to see a massive transformation in how it’s utilized, might not become mainstream in this decade, but it will soon. I consider this stock a 10 year hold. No more than 2.5-5% of a portfolio. The mainstream retail assets are forming behind the lines in what’s considered blue chip equity or more specially blue chip tech equity. NVIDIA has a big pullback in its future. It’s riding high on the Bitcoin mining craze. They spent billions on development of quantum computing tech and smaller companies like D-wave will benefit from it down the road.
