A bit insight for IPTVIPTV have a sup around 250-248 and have resist on 262-268. I think IPTV will rally if break the resist, also i'm sure IPTV will up on monday becasue there's issue from goverment that will switch analog tv to digital tv, that means it will affect telecommucation sector and make stock of them increase.
