patient there was about 6 month to band shape like this, and it is very logistic to fall down to its downward resistance, but world some days do manything ilogical :)
Band to Retest ATHBand broke the resistance and is retesting it. Afterwhich, a high probability that ATH will be attacked and broken.
I'm thinking 21$s is a reasonable expectation, with 23$s as the upper target.
Smart money is moving from Link to Band.
