Bank Nifty | Weekly Pre-Market Report | 16 Dec ~ 20 Dec '24Bank Nifty previous weeks candle has closed positively with the formation of a Bullish Pin bar. The last trading session Daily candle closed again in a very Bullish manner signalling that Bulls have taken control in the immediate term. Similar to Nifty, I am expecting Bank Nifty to head towards 54,250 this week. In case of flat opening or gap down opening, BN will continue to be in Buyers territory as long as 52,620 holds. In case of a big gap up, I would advise taking fresh long position as 54,250 - 54,500 can be a strong resistance zone as BN approaches the All Time High zone. Those carrying overnight positions can book profits and exit around those levels and avoid being overly greedy!

Dollar back to levels of 107.969 since 2022!!!Admittedly, last weeks prediction of the dollar for me was that I expected it to finally push down, However price action then clearly showed me otherwise by showing its clear intent to move further to the upside and refusal to break structure to the downside which I had tried to anticipate . Although price hasn't taken the last significant high that created the 1h supply we have seen CHOCH and BOS to the upside on the 1H time frame suggesting that price wants to push up further. This is validated by the pairs against the dollar wanting to push down and the fact that there is not only liquidity in the form of Asian highs but a large weekly imbalance and weekly supply zone where I predict price will push up to before finally returning to it's usual bearish trend. I can expect price to react from the 13min order block after the new Monday ASL is taken. If not we may see price pushing lower slightly simply in order to grab liquidity and find the correct zone to react from, potentially the 3H HTF demand I have marked out in order to push up. This also aligns with my pairs against the dollar that will push up and then come down.

NIFTY50.....Wave b done, or a double waves 1 and 2 underway?Hello Traders, The NIFFT50 made a low on the 21st of November at 23262! Since then it has been moving within a "three-up" or double wave 1 and 2! In the first case, the next move should be to the downside, developing a wave c/y to lows below 23263 for the next 2-3 weeks. A good indication of such a move is a break of 23873. A possible price range for such a move is at or around the 213xx area, close to the June lows. More bearish potential! If a double wave 1 and 2 is underway, then the price targets will be higher, probably to the new ATH`s. A first indication of such a scenario would be if the N50 breaks above the resistance at 24851 and if it breaks above the 0.618 Fibonacci @ 25082 on a daily close with strong bullish volume! A break above the 25600 area (0.786 Fibonacci) will reduce the chance of what I call a "sucker wave". A possible "B-wave"! In fact, a flat pattern is always possible, `because we are probably moving within a corrective wave and the move to the upside on a weekly basis does not give fingertips for an important high in place! Anyway! On Friday, we saw a "Kumo breakout", which is actually a buy signal according to the Ichimoku technique! But always be prepared for a retest of the breakout in the 24500-24400 area. Major crash imminent?Is there a coming market crash? Technically it looks that way. In the past 130 years, price on the Dow has never been above the upper trendline, except twice, and the first time it happened, it happened just before the major crash in 1929 that set off the Great Depression. The second time is NOW. It's happening right now . Also, every time price gets close to the upper trendline, it falls back down (2000, 2008, covid, and in June this year, it fell by 20%.) Right now, the DOW is at 45000. If one looks at the long term trend line, a healthy price level right now should be around 18000...a hefty 60% drop.

NAS100...Ever The Bullish Instrument Part 9A video version of this commentary is included in the youtube link in my tradingiew profile. A new week of guaranteed trades awaits as we see NAS100 continuing on its historically bullish run. Let me be the first to remind everyone that when I say the market is historically bullish, it does not mean that sells do not exist...All that means is that instead of selling, I am waiting for the market to complete it's largest HL and then I buy back to another ATH (HH). What is my reason for this? If the market is historically bullish, then it has to be trending HLs to HH's..so the largest HL will be terminated on a HH...Guaranteed! So for this week, it is more of the same taking my largest HL's and buying to my HH's and then taking profit before waiting for a temporary sell to another HL where I do it all again. As I have always said... Any sells on the NAS100 are only temporary retracements to set up a larger HL... They key is to be patient and wait for the HL to be completed before taking a buy...otherwise you will suffer significant drawdown before the price goes back in trend. Last week, was more of the same and it provided more confirmation that the trend continues to be in favor of the bulls. By now you should have realized and understand, that I do not sell, instead, I take my profits at my HH's and then wait for the market to sell back to the next largest HL before entering another Buy. (Sounds easy, however it requires constant practice) I will repeat this... 1. I am not a signal service 2. I offer no subscriptions 3. I am under no obligation to tell anyone when I enter and exit trades 4. If you would like to follow my strategy, you must view the content that I constantly share and use it to develop your own methods. You must practice, review, analyze in order to be successful. Last week, I highlighted two zones of interest for my entry, however as the week played out, I realized by Tuesday, that the price had no interest in going to my Zones as it registered two HL's on the H1 and H2 Monday and Tuesday which by then confirmed that the weekly low had already been made by Monday's H1 HL. I only took 3 trades last week and every single one of them ended in ATH broken. (100% win rate) If you go back and review your charts, you would have noticed that the H1 gave a total of 6 low points, all of which facilitated a new ATH eventually being broken. So for this week, I already have an entry carried over from last Friday's London session's M5 HL @ 21596.0 which will be broken before any other kind of meaningful retracement on the week. So for right now, it's allowing the trend to do it's thing and bring home another guaranteed HH. This market will continue to make HL to HH's and will finish 2024 very strong. Nifty Short, Medium & Long Term : 16-Dec-24 to 20-Dec-24Nifty Short, Medium & Long Term : 16-Dec-24 to 20-Dec-24 Nifty closed at 24677 (last week 4276) , for last 30-40 days nifty was in sideways movement. last week on the last day market touched 24200 and bounced back to 24677 . RSI at 60.37 ,Macd signal is more than MACD and in positive for last 2 weeks (after 2 months). But stochastics levels is sustaining above 90%, overbought position for the last 3 weeks. Buy call on dips was given last week. Market bounced back in the last day and near to key resistances. FII started buying, in positive for Dec month, however not full fledge buying, hence please filter the stock, diversify investment in equities with lesser risk stocks. However, SIP on stocks/ MFs always better at this critical time. Maharashtra election win and US acquittal of Adani in bribe crime is a positive news and definitely helped Indian market to sustain above 24000. Outgoing RBI governor didnt change the interest rate. Interest Rate reduction and Feb Budget is the key for the market to move above 26000 to next targets of 27000. I started adding the stocks and Mutual Funds during this downfall for the last two weeks and continue to buy if there is further fall. Use the opportunity and grab the good value stocks or invest in Mutual funds. Assume each parcel can be 5-7 % parcel of your total investment planned in the near term. Kindly read the Bitcoin Blog which i have written in Sep & Oct 24 with clear Indications to Buy with target of atleast 77000 and it touched 100,000 as Trump won the US Presidential election . Caution was emphasized on Nifty for last 4 months as nifty PE (Currently in22.8) was in high level with high valuation especially in Mid cap & Small Cap. PE touched 21.5 and bounced back. Mutual Funds SIP shall be invested as the goal is for more than 5-10 years at this critical period , further market correction can happen upto nifty index to 22800 from current level, Individual value stock picking is a key at this critical time. Nifty Breakout Confirmation- Ready to hit 25,647 !!Nifty 50: Outlook for next week and feb-25 After analyzing the index’s movement from August to December 2024, Nifty 50 has exhibited two key patterns: 1. Head & Shoulders: • Rally from 24,887 to ATH 26,277 (Sep 9–26). • Breakdown after completing the right shoulder on Oct 21, leading to a 1,500-point fall to 23,291 on Nov 22. 2. Inverse Head & Shoulders: • Formation began on Oct 23, with the head completed on Nov 21 and a neckline formed by Nov 26. • On Dec 4, the right shoulder completed, followed by a breakout above 24,463. The index consolidated for a week between Dec 4–13, strengthening the breakout signal.
