Intervention is clear, smelling it a mile off here and makes the short-term opportunity towards the highs an attractive option. When the CB like Israels comes out to say that the currency has gone too far and they wont hesitate to step in... you know the swing that follows from that will illustrate the use of fundamentals in particularly striking fashion. The attack on EM FX raises the stakes; because we have the second iteration of the virus to come in the Southern Hemisphere and another leg lower to track in Global Equities. We can keep an ear to the ground on local Israeli politics, without any surprises a leg back towards the top in the range looks imminent. Will look to dial back below 3.50. Kitov Pharmaceuticals (KTOV) (KTOVW) - Invest at your own Peril!In our search for small cap bios to invest in, we spent a great deal of time looking into KTOV and we have become quite concerned at the share structure and use of "ADS" shares which are not considered legitimate, legal, or binding by either the american or Israeli stock markets this company trades on. Each ADS on the NASDAQ represents 20 ordinary shares in Israel. Be sure to understand how the warrants NASDAQ:KTOVW , their exercise price, and the sheer amount of them, will have an effect on an investment in this company (specially at over $3.78 per ADS), with specific focus on the often mismatched share volumes, ADS vs. Ordinary, and their relation to one another. If you are willing to trust that this structure will not be taken advantage of, please make note of the legion of paid "pumpers" who work tirelessly across various stock websites and forums spreading misinformation, lies, with absolute no regard for even the quality of their own "work". These can be seen on StockTwits and Investors' Hub, and we are confident the same can be seen on any other similar type sites, platforms, etc. We can only make this statement with such a degree of certainty because it does not take longer than a few minutes for any even slightly inclined person to confirm them with ease. We suggest StockTwits for this purpose although it can be done on iHub, etc. There is currently a lawsuit in Israel from shareholders that is still open resulting from the offering on the NASDAQ of the ADS shares, and ultimately the quite drastic dilution they have endured without any prior knowledge disclosed of considering listing in the U.S. Let alone the ADS structure, etc... It seems clear that while the share price has, and will again rally above $3.78 (the exercise price for the warrants, except the Series B which were prepaid at $0.01), it has and always will inevitably "revert" back to the $3.78 area as each and every time that cash is effectively skimmed off the top fattening the pockets of those who likely have no need other than greed. We continue to verify and re-assess our own positions, thoughts and considerations as we strive for objectivity and the utmost quality of information, opinions and warnings we publish from time to time.
