XRP moving up on bitcoin's downfall.

There's some decoupling it appears where bitcoin moving opposite of xrp. Then there is also bitcoin moving after xrp as well.
Maybe things look a little different after regulation.

There is some more decoupling since I posted the idea. Very obvious xrp moving without bitcoin.
