Nebl Rebound off of Falling Wedge

I see a falling wedge finishing up it's course and from what I see it will continue it's bullish path up.
After it reaches the first target the old 38 percent fib line from the last drop will become the new support.
Thoughts?
We'll see how it plays out!

I misread the readings, did not account for the direction of the wedge to begin with..
